With the development trend in building material, we designed the production line with annual capacity of 60 million bricks with high proportion of ash fly and whose total investment is between 3 to 5 million dollars. We supply the key equipment and engineering service for this line. This production line adopts double setting process, fully automatic loading & unloading system, single-layer drying, large section tunnel kiln. Now the technology is approaching perfection, and it has been employed in many projects home and abroad. Nowadays, the decoration brick and tiles are very popular and attract many investors. Brick Technologies has mature technology in the field with independent intellectual property to build the brick plant with annual capacity from 6 to 20 million decoration tiles, 10 to 30 million decoration bricks. We offer the service as consulting, designing, construction, commissioning of high level technology and reasonable investment.
